'Aspray' means Aspray Limited (Company Number 5448533) whose registered address is Unit 9, Dalton Court, Commercial Road, Darwen, Lancashire, BB3 0DG

Total Property Assist is designed to give You essential assistance in the event of damage to residential or commercial property resulting from

• Fire
• Flood
• Water damage
• Storm
• Impact
• Subsidence
• Vandalism
• Release of water

Total Property Assist helps You to achieve a fair settlement from Your insurer and ensure Your property returns back to normal as quickly as possible.

In order to achieve this most effectively, where a claim for property damage is being brought Total Property Assist provides You with access to the services provided by Aspray with whom We have a working relationship.

Any excess stated in Your property insurance policy that Your property insurer requires You to pay will still apply. Your excess is entirely a matter between You and Your property insurer and as such is beyond the remit or control of either Ourslves or Aspray.

You can cancel Your Total Property Assist Membership at any time. You can do so directly on the TPA Membership Removal page of Our website, or You can notify Us of Your wish to cancel by telephone, email, or via the contact page on Our website.
